Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
 - 
2 tablespoons gluten-free plain flour
 - 
Pinch salt
 - 
4 tablespoons cheese, grated
 - 
1 cup milk
 
Method
- 
Combine butter, salt and flour in a small saucepan over low-medium heat, until it becomes a wet paste. Stir constantly.
 - 
Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup of milk. Stir until all lumps are gone, then put back on a medium to low heat. Stir constantly.
 - 
When the sauce has thickened add the other 1/2 cup of milk and stir in.
 - 
Add the cheese and stir until it has melted in with the rest of the sauce. You may want to add more cheese and salt to add to the flavour.
